Our Roots
Operational expertise, proven in the field
With over 25 years of policing experience, Benny has carved out a unique career path. For nearly 10 years, he specialised in Real-Time Intelligence, where he built an OSINT team from absolute zero into a highly respected and valued unit within the organisation. A team that consistently delivers decisive results — from strategic policy support to tactical interventions in the field.
That operational expertise gained both national and international recognition. As a Belgian National OSINT Instructor, he trains police officers across the country. As an internationally selected OSINT Instructor for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, he shares his knowledge with police and border security services from more than 15 EU member states.
Our offering
Those years of expertise now form the foundation of OSINT Pulse BV — a Belgian company serving a broad audience, from governments and security services to innovative start-ups and leading multinationals.
Our offering is built on three pillars:
- Monitoring Software — Powerful tools for brand monitoring and (near) real-time monitoring of open sources, fully tailored to your specific needs: from reputation management to threat analysis, from event monitoring to crisis detection. Our infrastructure is secured to the highest standards and fully GDPR-compliant, with all hosting within the European Union.
- Training & Education — From introductory courses to specialised masterclasses, delivered by an instructor with genuine, hands-on operational experience.
- Consultancy — Strategic advice, capability assessments and operational guidance. We deliver and configure the software, get everything as operationally ready as possible, and equip your team to work with confidence. Open sources offer tremendous insight, but by definition they never tell the whole story — we make sure you extract the maximum value from the data available to you.
You decide how we work together. Every organisation is at a different point in its open-source capability, and our engagement model adapts to yours. You can run the monitoring entirely in-house, with our software and our training behind you. You can call on us for targeted education or strategic advice when you need it. Or you can hand the operational work to us entirely — drawing on a dedicated pool of specialists who monitor, investigate and report on your behalf. Many clients combine these over time, scaling our involvement up or down as their needs evolve. The choice is always yours; the responsibility for delivery is ours.
Transparent pricing, no surprises. Where others guide you through a lengthy sales process first, you will find clear indicative pricing with us from day one — for our software, our training and our consultancy alike. And of course we remain flexible: your specific requirements and circumstances shape the final proposal.
The expertise we bring is both broad and deep: from monitoring large-scale events and festivals to European summits and diplomatic gatherings; from safeguarding critical infrastructure to protecting the reputation of businesses; from proactive threat analysis to guiding organisations through acute crisis situations. Every context demands a different approach — and that versatility is built into everything we do.
We work exclusively with publicly available data — open sources accessible to everyone. No grey areas, no legal risk: transparent, ethical and GDPR-compliant.
And above all: we listen to you. Your needs shape our approach.

What we monitor
OSINT Pulse collects only publicly accessible information — public posts, pages, channels, and feeds that platforms, publishers, and individuals have chosen to make openly available. We do not access private accounts, closed groups, or content restricted from public view.
Our coverage spans major social, messaging, and news ecosystems — including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, X, Reddit, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and ... — alongside global and regional news media, open RSS sources, and the GDELT global event database.
OSINT Pulse is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms referenced. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Our mission
Whether you're a start-up measuring your first brand perception, a municipality gauging citizen sentiment, a bank or insurer monitoring reputational risks, or a multinational tracking brands and competitors worldwide — OSINT Pulse scales with your ambition.
Because in a world where one post goes viral, one review can make or break your reputation, and competitors are active 24/7 — monitoring is no longer a luxury. It's a necessity.
Proven track record:
- Proactive and (near) real-time monitoring from local events to the world's largest dance festivals
- Operational support for European summits and diplomatic gatherings
- OSINT workshops for national crisis centres and government services
- Tactical support for both federal and local police service
